The product
Hotel Swarm by IMPT is the agentic-search upgrade to IMPT's hotel-booking experience. The user states one goal — say, "find me the best hotel near tomorrow's meeting, with good Wi-Fi, airport transfer, vegetarian food, a spa for my wife, and a lower-carbon option" — and a swarm of specialist agents solves the trip in parallel.
The 10 specialist agents
- Intent agent — parses the user brief into constraints, preferences, priorities
- Room agent — compares room categories, occupancy fit, bed types, refund rules
- Amenities agent — validates spa, pool, gym, Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast, meeting rooms
- Review agent — extracts review evidence matching the traveller's stated needs
- Location agent — scores meeting-venue distance, airport proximity, neighbourhood fit
- Transfer agent — checks airport taxi or shuttle relevance and confidence
- Price agent — compares total price, fees, taxes, deal quality, cancellation flexibility
